*TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. This promotion is only valid for customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy A50 during the applicable promotion period of 26^th April 2019 to 31^st May 2019 from the Samsung Official Store on Lazada, also known as LazMall.

2. Each customer is only entitled to 1 promo card and 1 free gift per Samsung Galaxy A50 device purchased. If proof of purchase clearly shows that multiple Samsung Galaxy A50 devices were purchased, customer will be provided with the same number of promo cards and free gifts as the number of Samsung Galaxy A50 devices purchased.

3. Payment must be made in full or installment approved to be eligible for this promotion.

4. Promotion is applicable to end-customers only; not trade, corporate or bulk purchases.

5. The promo card(s) and free gift(s) are only available while stocks last. Samsung reserves the right to replace the promo card(s) and/or free gift(s) with an item of a similar or other value. The promo card(s) and/or free gift(s) are not exchangeable for cash or kind.

6. Product returns to Lazada shall be valid only if the relevant product is returned together with the promo card(s) and free gift(s) (if any). All returns are additionally subject to the terms and conditions found on https://www.lazada.sg/terms-of-use/.

7. Each promo card contains a promo code, which is valid for use from 26^th April 2019 to 26^th May 2019 (“Redemption Period”). Each promo code entitles you to an additional $30 trade-in value when you participate in the Samsung "Trade Up" Program (provided by Brightstar Logistics Pte Ltd (“Brightstar”)), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by Samsung Asia Pte. 8. The promo code on each promo card is for one-time use only. No extension of Redemption Period is allowed and no refund will be provided for any expired or unused promo code.

9. The promo card(s) may not be sold or assigned to another party. Any attempt to so will automatically render the promo card and the promo code therein null and void.

10. Samsung reserves the right to reject the redemption of any promo code by persons whose details do not match the proof of purchase documents, if Samsung suspects the relevant promo card to be false or tampered with in any way, or if Samsung otherwise believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Samsung will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen promo card(s) and/or free gift(s). There will be no replacement for any lost, damaged or stolen promo card(s) and/or free gift(s).

12. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
