Lazada's 6th Birthday Bash Terms and Conditions

• This Event is organised by Lazada Singapore Pte Ltd (“Lazada”). This Event refers to Lazada's 6th Birthday Bash.
• Lazada may postpone, cancel, interrupt or terminate the Event at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to inclement weather, pandemics, acts of God, acts of the enemy, decrees or restraints by governmental or public authorities, terrorism, strikes, war, riots, insurrections, civil commotion, transmission and/or communications disruptions or failure and other causes of such nature), without any liability to Lazada or its sponsors or partners. Lazada may also change the Event venue at its sole discretion.
• Lazada reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel the Event, and also vary, add, withdraw or substitute advertised programmes and/or change Event times, venue or audience capacity without prior notice.
• By entering the Event venue and/or participating in the Event, each participant agrees that:

any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to Lazada for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Event, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Lazada may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Lazada with consent;
Lazada may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Lazada's publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Event or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Lazada without further compensation.

• Lazada shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, any direct, indirectand/or consequential loss), damage to participant’s property, the illness, disease, personal injury or death in connection with any participant’s attendance at, postponement or cancellation of the Event, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). To the extent not prohibited by law, the indemnities in this Clause 6 shall apply regardless of whether the illness, disease, injury, death, loss, destruction or damage was or may have been caused or contributed by any act, default, omission, fault or negligence, misrepresentation (other than fraudulent misrepresentation) in whatever form or degree, and whether sole, partial, concurrent or contributory on the part of Lazada, its affiliates, their respective employees, agents and/or subcontractors and regardless of any other breach of duty or liability, whether strict, statutory, contractual or otherwise, by Lazada, its affiliates, their respective employees, agents and/or subcontractors.
• Lazada shall not be responsible for any minors attending the event. All children below 12 years of age attending the Event must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
• Entry to the Event venue may be subject to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
• Lazada reserves the right without compensation, or otherwise, to refuse admission to and/or evict any participant(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
