RedMart will refund customers the 100% price difference between identical and in-stock products sold on RedMart and on applicable Online Grocery Retailers’ online platforms, if customers find a lower price at the applicable Online Grocery Retailers’ platforms after purchasing a Price Match Promise product from RedMart.

Spotted an identical product at a lower selling price on our competitor's^ online store after buying it from RedMart? Here’s how you can make your price match request:
1. Take a picture
Snap a picture or take a screenshot that shows both the product and the corresponding price tag showing the lower selling price online.

Submit a Price Match Promise claim online within 24 hours of the date and time of your corresponding RedMart purchase here .
3. We'll pay you the difference.
RedMart will validate and respond within 7 working days of receipt of the customer's claim. If approved, RedMart will credit the price difference into the customer's Lazada Wallet within 7 working days of the notification.
1. Price Match Promise is RedMart’s promise to customers that our prices are lower or equal to applicable online grocery retailers in Singapore.
With Price Match Promise, RedMart will refund customers the 100% price difference between identical and in-stock products sold on RedMart and on applicable Online Grocery Retailers’ online platforms, if customers find a lower price at the applicable Online Grocery Retailers’ platforms after purchasing a Price Match Promise product from RedMart.
The following terms and conditions apply.
Applicable Products and Prices
2. Price Match Promise is applicable only for non-refunded and non-returned RedMart purchased products with the “Price Match Promise” logo (“Price Match Promise Products”). Price Match Promise shall not apply to a Price Match Promise Product if the said Price Match Promise Product has a bundle discount promotion with other RedMart products, or if the Price Match Promise Product has a gift with purchase promotion.
3. Price Match Promise will only compare against in-stock identical products sold on RedMart and on Online Grocery Retailers’ online platforms.
4. The applicable Online Grocery Retailer’s product must be identical to RedMart’s product in terms of brand, make, model, size, colour, version, packaging, and quantity.
5. Price Difference to be refunded to customer will be calculated based on the best possible nett sale price (“Nett Sale Price”) of products sold on RedMart, subtracted by the Nett Sale Price of the corresponding identical product sold on the Online Grocery Retailer’s platform.
6. The Nett Sale Price includes bundle promotional prices applicable to a bundle purchase of the identical product, but excludes price reductions by the Online Grocery Retailers’ vouchers/coupons, gift with purchase, discounts with minimum purchase of a certain value, cashback and credit card promotions, wholesale pricing, group buy prices, price errors and shipping fees differences. Prices that apply only to certain customer groups (if any) are not within the scope for Price Match Promise.
Claims Submission
7. The RedMart customer must submit a Price Match Promise claim online within 24 hours of the date and time of their corresponding RedMart purchase (“Purchase Date”). The RedMart customer is to submit the following details in this online form :
a) RedMart Order number: Provide the RedMart order number of the sales transaction with the Price Match Promise product;
b) RedMart Product: Name the RedMart product which the customer intends to claim on for Price Match Promise;
c) URL: Provide the Online Grocery Retailer’s product listing URL;
d) Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the Online Grocery Retailer’s product listing page. The screenshot is to include the price (including sales and promotional prices) of the product, website sources, dates, and information showing that the Online Grocery Retailer’s product is still in-stock on the RedMart Purchase Date;
Refund of Price Difference
8. RedMart will validate and respond within 7 working days of receipt of the customer’s claim. If approved, RedMart will credit the price difference into the customer’s Lazada Wallet within 7 working days of the notification.
9. The Lazada Payment Account User Terms and Conditions shall apply to the RedMart customer’s use of the Lazada Wallet. Customers who have not activated their Lazada Wallet account before would need to activate their Lazada Wallet prior to using such amount. Amounts credited into Customers’ Lazada Wallet under Price Match Promise are to be used for future purchases only and not for withdrawal.
Applicable Online Grocery Retailers
10. At the moment, the applicable online grocer platforms (“Online Grocery Retailers”) are:
a) FairPrice Online;
b) Giant Online;
c) ColdStorage Online; and
d) AllForYou.sg (Sheng Siong Online).
11. For the avoidance of doubt, Online Grocery Retailers do not include Warehouse stores such as www.warehouseclub.com.sg, third party website, concierge services, atrium promotions, trade shows, and special events or festivals such as SAVOUR and wine fairs.
Others
12. Lazada reserves the right to deny claims under Price Match Promise in the event of the RedMart customer’s fraud or abuse of the program. Lazada’s decision is final.
13. Lazada reserves the right to add to or otherwise vary these Price Match Promise Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
