FRESH N NATURAL FOODS PET LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This contest (“Contest”) is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age (“Participants”), EXCEPT employees (and their immediate families) of Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd and the agencies associated with this Contest.
2. This Contest begins on 1 November 2019 and ends on 31 December 2019 (2359hours Singapore time) (“Contest Period”). Fresh N Natural Foods Ptd Ltd reserves the rights to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
3. To qualify, purchase any 2 Bulla Chilled Dairy products in a single receipt at any participating retailers (Amazon, Cold Storage, Giant, Hao Mart, Mustafa, NTUC FairPrice, Prime, Redmart, Sheng Siong) during the contest period. Every receipt entitles participants to one (1) chance in the draw.
4. Bulla Chilled Dairy products consist of Bulla Premium Sour Cream 200ml, Bulla Sour Light Cream 200ml, Bulla Sour Light Cream 400ml, Bulla Crème Fraiche 200gm, Bulla Double Cream 200ml, Bulla Dollop Cream 200ml, Bulla Thickened Cream 300ml, Bulla Thickened Cream 600ml, Bulla Thickened Light Cream 300ml, Bulla Cooking Cream 300ml, Bulla Cottage Cheese 200gm, Bulla Cottage Cheese 500gm, Bulla Cottage Cheese Onion & Chives 200gm, Bulla Lactose Free Sour Light Cream 200ml, Bulla Greek Natural Yogurt 1kg, Bulla Plain Yogurt 110gm, Bulla Cherry Yogurt 110gm, Bulla Golden Kiwi Yogurt 110gm, Bulla Red Apple Yogurt 110gm.
5. Entries may be submitted via text message in the following manner (“Contest SMS”) to 8122 1511: Bulla <space> Full Name <space> Mobile Number <space> Email <space> Receipt No.
6. For SMS entries, multiple SMSes are allowed but each SMS must be accompanied by a unique receipt number to be counted as multiple entries. Receipt must be dated between 1 November and 31 December 2019 for entries to be eligible for the draw. All valid entries must be received by 31 December 2019, 2359hrs. SMS entries that are incomplete, inaccurate or without proof of purchase will automatically be disqualified. Normal SMS charges apply.
7. The winning entries will be determined solely by way of a draw.
8. There are a total of 52 prizes. Details of the prizes are as follows:
- 1 x Kitchen Aid Mixer (2 Winners)
- 1 x ABC Cooking Studio Lesson (50 Winners)
9. The lucky draw will be held by Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd at 14 Chin Bee Road, Singapore 619824 on 10 January 2020.
10. Winners of this Contest (“Winners”) will be notified by March Media Pte Ltd within 10 working days of the lucky draw by phone to the mobile number used to enter this Contest. March Media Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.
11. Prizes are strictly not transferrable or returnable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice.
12. Winners have to produce any form of identification card and the original receipt for the purposes of verification to claim their prize.
13. Winners shall be informed of the details relating to the redemption of their prize in due course.
14. Prizes must be redeemed on or before 31 January 2020. Cooking classes have to be redeemed within (3) months from date of letter issued to prize winners. Prizes not claimed by such date shall be automatically forfeited and shall be donated to a charitable organization of Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd’s choice, subject to compliance with any applicable laws. The Winner whose prize has been so forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation, and shall be deemed to have forfeited any and all claims to that prize.
15. Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd is the organizer of this Contest.
16. Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. Fresh N Natural Foods is not obliged to correspond with the Participants.
18. By taking part in this draw, you understand and accept without condition that Fresh N Natural Foods may elect to use your personal information contained herein for purposes of managing, conducting and administering the contest, whilst according your privacy and confidentiality with the highest priority.
19. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd without prior notice.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
