1. Promotion period from 1 March 2019 to 15 April 2019. Purchase any 2 packs of Huggies® Products including Huggies® Platinum Diapers/Pants in a single receipt during the promotion period will entitle the participant to receive 1 Lucky Draw chance to win:
a) Grand Prize (1 Winner): $2,000 Travel Voucher from Chan Brothers
b) Consolation Prizes (580 Winners):

2. Prizes are non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash
3. Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. Kimberly-Clark Singapore Pte Ltd (KCS) and Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd (Letrain) shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
4. One receipt is only entitled to one lucky draw chance.
5. Receipt must be dated between 1 March 2019 to 15 April 2019.
6. All customers with verified purchase will be eligible for the draw held on 22 April 2019, winners will be drawn randomly.
7. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email by 29 April 2019.
8. Winner must present the original receipt upon collection of their prizes by 18 May 2019. Only original receipts dated between 1 March 2019 to 15 April 2019 will be eligible for participation in the promotion.
9. Chan Brothers Travel Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions Applies. Valid for 2 years from 18 April 2019.
10. By participating in this contest, you are agreeable to be contacted by Letrain via phone, SMS and/or email if you are one of the winners.
11. Prizes may be collected by the winner or person authorized by the winner in writing. A copy of the winner’s NRIC and the winner’s Letter of Notification must be presented during prize collection.
12. Letrain shall notify the winners of the location where the relevant prize is to be claimed. Winners will have to produce their original identification documents and the Official Redemption Letter issued by Letrain to claim the prize, failing which KCS and Letrain reserve the right to reject the winners and no prize will be given. Without any liability on the part of KCS and Letrain, any prizes unclaimed by 18 May 2019 will be donated to any charitable organization as determined by KCS. Any winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation not withstanding non-receipt by him/her of any notification.
13. KCS’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), KCS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Redemption Promotion.
14. KCS and Letrain reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned.
15. All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. KCS reserves the right to substitute reward(s) with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
16. This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of KCS and their advertising/ promotion agencies.
17. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. KCS is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward(s).
18. The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of printing. KCS is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
19. KCS and Letrain collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, notifying and verifying successful participants. We may have to disclose your personal information to our trusted third parties to help KCS and/or Letrain administer this promotion. If you do not provide us with the required information, KCS and Letrain will not be able to notify you and verify your particulars in the event that you win any prizes and you will be disqualified from the promotion. By participating in this promotion, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by KCS and Letrain in the manner described here.
20. KCS will not accept any responsibilities for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use of the reward, or any transaction or dealing between KCS and you in relation with the use of the reward(s).
