This promotion is organized by NESTLÉ Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“NESTLÉ) in collaboration with RedMart.

For every purchase worth:

i. S$88 nett of NESTLÉ participating products* in a single receipt after the usage of voucher code, Shoppers may redeem a Tefal 0.4L Mini Rice Cooker OR Happycall 9-pc Silicone Edge Toolset.

ii. S$148 nett of NESTLÉ participating products* in a single receipt after the usage of voucher code, Shoppers may redeem a Mayer 4L Electric Multi-Cooker OR Happycall 32cm Induction Chef Wok.

iii. S$168 nett of NESTLÉ participating products* in a single receipt after the usage of voucher code, Shoppers may redeem a Happycall 24cm Induction Vacuum Pot.

Above mentioned minimum purchase price refers to the final price including any discount codes (i.e. NESHUAT6, NESHUAT18) applied to the purchase, excluding shipping fees.

1. Shoppers may not combine receipts and all receipts submitted (uploaded to portal) for redemption must be the original receipt issued by RedMart. Qualifying purchase must comprise NESTLÉ participating product brands (identified below). Promotion is only applicable for online purchases (exclude in-store purchases).

*Participating brands:
MILO®, NESCAFÉ®, COFFEE-MATE®, OMEGA®, NESTUM®, NESPRAY®, EVERYDAY®, MAGGI®, KIT KAT®, NESTLÉ Breakfast Cereals and NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO range of capsules. Excludes NESCAFÉ Barista machines, NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO machines, Infant, Chilled and Frozen, STARBUCKS® At Home products and non-retail packs / NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL® range.

2. Any imported NESTLÉ products by RedMart or NESTLÉ products that are sold by other Marketplace sellers on RedMart of the abovementioned brands are not applicable for the redemption.

3. To apply for the redemption, complete and submit the form located at the following URL: https://blu.com.sg/events/events/ nestlecny2021. Eligible redemptions will be via bluPort locker services. All redemption submissions are subject to verification at NESTLÉ’s sole discretion. Should you qualify, you will receive a SMS notification from blu to collect your gift at your chosen bluPort. 1. Processing time requires a minimum of 14 working days from closing date. NESTLÉ is not obligated to contact Shoppers who do not qualify for the redemption. For the avoidance of doubt, Premiums will not be sent with your RedMart order.

4. This promotion is valid for purchases made from 1 January 2021 to 2 February 2021 or while stocks last.

5. This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore except employees of NESTLÉ and NESTLÉ’s advertising agencies, distributors, traders, retailers and online retailers, and immediate family members of these employees. Traders, distributors, retailers and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g. resale or export, are strictly not eligible for participation in this promotion.

6. Redemption is on a “first come first serve”, “while stocks last” basis. NESTLÉ does not guarantee the availability of the premiums.

7. Redemption is capped at 3 Premiums per receipt, provided that there are strictly no overlapping redemptions for the purchases made. Premiums are WHILE STOCKS LAST ONLY and strictly not exchangeable.

8. Proof of submission for entry into the redemption is not proof of receipt. All late, incomplete, illegible, tampered entries will be disqualified.

9. Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other items (including another redemption item) in part or in full.

10. Redemption items are redeemed on an “as is” basis, and all warranties and representations are expressly excluded to the fullest extent possible.

11. NESTLÉ may, without prior notice, (1) replace a redemption item with another item; and (2) terminate this promotion and amend the promotion mechanics and these terms and conditions.

12. NESTLÉ’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

13. NESTLÉ may at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.

14. By participating in this redemption promotion, participants agree and hereby consent that NESTLÉ may collect, use and disclose personal data to its affiliates, service providers, partners, as provided in this entry, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and NESTLÉ’s data protection policy available at www.nestle.com.sg:

(a) to administer this promotion, including to contact participant and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion;

(b) use the personal data for promotional, advertising (include target advertising) or marketing activities which NESTLÉ believes may be of interest to the participant;

(c) to send out marketing, advertising (include target advertising), communication and promotional materials to the participant relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by NESTLÉ and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners.

15. Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by NESTLÉ, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. If a participant requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made, he/she should contact the relevant NESTLÉ officer at Nestle.privacy@SG.nestle.com. 17. By participating in this promotion, each participant agrees that NESTLÉ and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data (1) to provide him/her with products and services (including those of NESTLÉ’s commercial partners), (2) for consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes, NESTLÉ and its affiliates may share his/her personal data with third parties to support their administrative and business functions or to carry out cross promotion. 18. To extent permitted by law, NESTLÉ will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion and redemption items, and each participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify NESTLÉ from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.

19. Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and the redemption items is the property of their respective owners.

20. The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by Singapore law, and participants of this promotion shall submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
