Spotted an identical product at a lower regular selling price our competitor's^ online store or in-store, after buying it from RedMart? Here’s how you can make your price match request:
1. Take a picture
Snap a picture or take a screenshot that shows both the product and the corresponding price tag showing the lower regular selling price (not the promotional, discounted or ‘special' price) in-store or online from NTUC Fairprice.

2. Submit your claim online
Fill out the simple online form here within 7 days of your original RedMart purchase (sorry, we can’t accept claims submitted via phone calls or emails).
3. We’ll pay you 2X the difference
Once your claim has been submitted, we'll try our best to validate and respond to your claim within 3 business days, although in some cases it may take slightly longer. The reimbursement will be directly credited into your RedMart account in the form of vouchers on Lazada for future purchases.
